Changes to our Chauffeur Services

Please read below details to our London chauffeur services in light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic.      

• Our chauffeurs will maintain strcit hygene standards including reqular handwashing and use of anti-bacterial wipes and soaps.
• Danex Chauffeurs will always wear single-use masks and gloves, replaced after each journey. 
• We will avoid physical contact, such as welcoming handshakes replaced by a bow and a smile. 
• We will avoid unnecessary interaction including conversations, providing only essential information. 
• Danex Drive Chauffeurs are strictly instructed to follow the Government's advice on social distancing rules.
• Our Chauffeurs will self-isolate if showing even the mildest symptoms.
• We will self isolate if we have come into contact with others reported to have been positively tested.

Chauffeur car safety measures

1. All vehicles are equipped with anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitizers.
2. Regular internal and external cleaning with anti-bacterial wipes.  
3. All non-essential aspects of travel such as newspapers and magazines will be removed from all vehicles.
4. No vehicle swapping between chauffeur drivers.
5. Each chauffeur is assigned to one single vehicle.

• Mercedes E-Class - 2 passengers
• Mercedes S-Class - 2 passengers
• Mercedes V-Class - 5 passengers​

Every Journey Matters

Face Covering in Vehicles

Transport for London (TFL) has requested that all passengers using Private Hire Vehicles wear a face covering from Monday, 15th June 2020. 
 
Exemptions apply for young children or people with breathing difficulties.
 
If you do not have your own mask, we will be more than happy to offer you one on departure or arrival. Please request this at the time of booking.
